History Rémi The farm originally built in 1850 and which now houses
La Cour de Remi was first occupied by Remi's great grandfather and
Remi himself was its last occupant. A talented tobacco grower and
beekeeper, Remi was known throughout the region for his wonderful
vegetable garden, something not unrelated to the development of
our tastebuds
